Six-high Rolling Mill

The six-high rolling mill is the flagship equipment for cold rolling of plain carbon steel. It features a stable roll system, a maximum speed of 1500 meters per minute, and high production capacity. Additionally, it has multiple plate shape adjustment methods, resulting in steel strips with small thickness tolerance and excellent plate shape. Specific plate shape adjustment methods of the six-high rolling mill include AGC (Automatic Gauge Control) screw-down control, screw-down deviation correction, positive/negative bending of work rolls, positive bending of intermediate rolls, and intermediate roll shifting.
