Tension levelers are widely used in galvanizing lines, color coating lines, and recoiling lines. They are designed to eliminate various three-dimensional flatness defects of coiled strips, such as double-edge waves, single-edge waves, center waves, edge waves (on both sides), warping, buckling, and potential flatness imperfections.
Multi-Roll Straightener
Multi-roll straighteners are mainly used for straightening hard stainless steel and non-ferrous metal sheets/strips, and are widely applied to copper sheets, molybdenum sheets, titanium sheets, etc. They achieve excellent flatness correction, and can particularly meet the flatness requirements for thinner-gauge high-strength sheets.
