Cooling Bed

Our company can manufacture cooling beds of various specifications.There are three main types of cooling beds: chain-type cooling beds, walking-beam cooling beds, and roller-type cooling beds.

Chain-Type Cooling Bed

1. Main Component Structure: Upper cooling bed material shifting system, pushing chain (forward chain) assembly, rotating chain (reverse chain) assembly, pushing chain main drive, reverse chain main drive, lower cooling bed material shifting system.

2. Main Features: After steel pipes are fed onto the cooling bed, the pushing chain drives the steel pipes to move forward. At the same time, the rotating chain makes the steel pipes rotate on the cooling bed through friction, thereby achieving an even cooling effect.

Walking-Beam Cooling Bed

1. Main Component Structure: Upper cooling bed material shifting system, fixed rack assembly, walking rack assembly, walking beam assembly, walking drive system, rack support frame assembly.

2. Main Features: Driven by the drive system, the walking rack completes one stepping movement each time. During this process, the steel pipes move one pitch on the fixed rack, and at the same time, the steel pipes roll forward on the inclined surface of the fixed rack, thus achieving the effects of even cooling and automatic straightening.

Roller-Type Cooling Bed

The roller-type cooling bed is a new type of cooling bed developed by our company. It has a significant straightening effect and can eliminate the need for an additional straightening machine.
