Piercing Mill

Piercing mills are divided into two types—vertical piercing mills and horizontal piercing mills—based on the different structures of their main machines.
Vertical Piercing Mill
Structural Features: In the main machine base, the rolls are arranged vertically (upper and lower), and the guide plates are arranged horizontally (left and right). The rolls can be lifted out from the top of the stand, and the left and right guide plates can be rotated by 90° to the outside of the stand. This type of piercing mill offers advantages such as quick replacement of rolls and guide plates, rapid adjustment of the roll feed angle, and flexible adjustment of the roll center and guide plate center according to process requirements.
Horizontal Piercing Mill
Structural Features: In the main machine base, the rolls are arranged horizontally (left and right), and the guide plates are arranged vertically (upper and lower). The rolls can be lifted out from the top of the stand. This type of piercing mill has the advantages of low weight and low investment, enabling users to save significant costs.
